I’m Pankaj Kamat. I’m 24, have been designing professionally for four and a half years, and still get unnecessarily excited when a random idea suddenly starts making sense.
I’ve worked at Dzinr and Fynd, which means I’ve gone from being “the brand design guy” to doing a bit of everything: logos, identities, strategy, campaigns, visual systems, AI experiments, and occasionally figuring things out five minutes before they look intentional. I like new problems, unfamiliar tools, and briefs that make me ask, “Wait, can we actually do that?” Curiosity is basically my unpaid manager.
The growth has been wild. I started with a sharper focus on branding, then slowly moved into a much bigger design playground, owning more than one vertical and learning while doing. That’s my favourite way to work: jump in, make sense of the chaos, and come out with something solid.
Outside work, my personality is mostly mirror fit checks, workouts, runs, jogs, pickleball, and lying to myself that this will eventually improve my diet. It hasn’t.
And then there’s the nightlife — concerts, clubs, house parties, I’m there, chasing that high. Not because I’m reckless, but because I believe everyone needs a high from somewhere to keep marching toward their goals. My version of balance: clean living most days, full chaos some nights, and relentless hustle every single day because whatever needs to get done, it’s getting done. No excuses, no delays, just me being me.
