JCP Editions is a concept I designed while at Fynd that reimagines commerce as a real-time, observable system. Inspired by a CCTV-like interface, it gives a unified, live view of storefronts, payments, and operations across Reliance's retail network — every interaction visible, tagged, and measurable, with spatial environments blended into system-driven UI for seamless navigation across establishments.

Real retail happens in fragments — a mall camera feed, a POS system, an ops dashboard — none of them talking to each other. The challenge was making a live tracking feed read as a coherent product surface rather than a surveillance render: legible enough to navigate Storefront, Payments, Intelligence, Security, Build, and Engagement without losing the single connected overview that made the concept work.

The interface is built directly around the CCTV metaphor — object-detection boxes, tracked coordinates, and live tags overlaid on real mall and delivery footage. Dark panels in neon green on near-black sit inside the scene rather than beside it, so the UI reads as part of the physical space it's observing, not a dashboard bolted on top.

Six connected sections — Storefront, Payments, Intelligence, Security, Build, and Engagement — each needed its own tracking behaviour and pacing while sharing one visual grammar of boxes, tags, and connecting lines. Lottie handled the vector animation layer, MP4 loops powered the ambient environments, and WebGL drove the interactive 3D retail mall anchoring the concept.

Prototyped end-to-end. The interactive 3D mall runs on WebGL, Lottie animations are wired across all six sections, and the content layer was structured in Webflow's CMS. AI-assisted production sped up asset generation — from the tracked mall footage to the section illustrations — without sacrificing the consistency the CCTV concept depends on.

A CCTV-inspired concept that reframes enterprise retail software as a live, physical-world interface instead of a grid of admin panels — one tracking layer, six connected sections, zero stock imagery, built to make Reliance's retail operations legible at a glance.
